Return & Refund Policy

 

If you receive a faulty product, we could arrange a replacement or refund upon your request within 30 days. It means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please provide the images/ evidences and email to support@autel.nzYour items will be examined by professional team once we receive it. If the product is not faulty, an examination fee and return shipping cost will be charge to customers.

Once the request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The refund or replacement request will be proceeded after the item is received by us.

If you wish to return the item within 7 days due to change of mind, you will be required to pay a 10% admin restocking fee, which includes the expenses incurred in preparing and receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without prior request of return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us at sales@nistech.co.nz. for any return or support inquiries. Please note that diagnostic scanners registered with the manufacturer and some specific products (please refer to product descriptions) cannot be returned.
